Information You Submit
Information entered into a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is transmitted to the outside provider that supplies the resulting service. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A contact message gives us the information included in that message, which we use to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may create standard logs, including an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregated patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service. We do not sell visitor lists or create an individual visitor profile from this information.
Links to Other Websites
Bexar County and Texas office portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services have their own policies. Their terms govern any information sent to them, including information sent through sponsored results.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational needs described here. Because there are no user accounts, the service does not maintain a visitor password or profile.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541, including rights concerning covered-business personal data. Because this service keeps little information, a request normally concerns a contact message or retained technical log. Use the Contact page to ask about it. Texas state, Bexar County, and City of San Antonio public records are maintained by their custodians, so requests to correct or remove those records must go to the responsible office.
Updates to This Policy
We will post revisions to this policy here. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
